Copy of Planning Permission
Valuations and copies of any correspondence concerning re-sale values.
History of company (including list of other developments completed) and Directors C.V.'s.
Bank details and full details of Company's Financial position including three years audited accounts, management accounts to date, net assets and liabilities of all Directors.
