 Service B

We can scrutinize and or redraft your business plan if required. The cost for this service is £497.00 (Larger Businesses or Groups will be charged at a higher rate).For this we will provide you with a spread sheet as above laid out in a way that a bank underwriter will understand and explain the process so you understand. The likelihood is that the business plan you have produced is very detailed. Although this is good for you and your business it is likely to be too detailed for a bank lender. We can draft your complete business plan if required. The cost for this service starts at £697.00.  For this we will provide you with a spread sheet as above laid out in a way that a bank underwriter will understand and explain the process so you understand. Our On Line Loan Application will enable us to obtain an agreement in principal and process your loan application on your behalf. We will if necessary provide all of the above. Our cost for this service is £240.00 (per business) initial application processing fee, plus 1% arrangement fee of the amount borrowed (subject to a minimum of £750.00) paid on completion.
